Julie, feeding Eli. Hard to see, but he and Max have these tubes in their noses, called "gavage" tubes, in case they need to get food straight into their stomachs (or, yuk, to suck food from their stomachs to check its state of digestion)

Bard's first twin experiment: after they each ate and were sleepy, I got pix of Eli's ear (left) and Max's (right). Adjusting for different light sources and directions, I'm thinking they're very close, but not exact. Their hats, however, are identical.
